@jet2tweets We’re being diverted to Newcastle which is 2 hr away from where we live. I understand transport will be arranged but will this travel be an issue due to flooding? Is there any update on what transport we can expect? A 2 hour flight is now a 4 hour journey plus 4.5 hour delay

@TUIUK Hi Rebecca, we are back in the UK now. Flight was due to leave 11:30 Thursday but actually left 3:30pm this afternoon. Which is 28 hours late. We’re fine now and looked after by Tui but a very long day and end to our holiday
