America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating.

Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground.

The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves.

It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors.

Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence.

True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over.

Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market.

We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.

What we learned from Furry Con.

➡️ Let's start with the basics:

1) 60/40 male to female ratio.

2) 95% White.

3) Majority under the age of 30 and most look to be 25 or younger.

4) The full suits reached between 90-100 degrees inside. This is how badly they want to escape their real self.

1) Transgender everything.

2) Everyone we interacted repeated the same "inclusion, welcoming, being themselves" rhetoric.

3) They all seem like they're happy/dancing when wearing their masks. Eventually they had to remove their masks in the evening and everyone looked sad and hollow.

4) Generally, the males seem to be more dejected than the females.

5) The majority were overweight, looked haggard, sickly, etc.

6) About half of them you couldn't tell if they were a male or female.

7) They had a booth where they offered 20 minute turnaround testing for HIV. In the same booth they were giving out NARCAN to anyone who asked. They advertise transgender drugs and surgeries.

➡️ What parents need to understand.

What struck us the most was how broken and sad these young people were once the facade of their animal-self subsided. It turns out, you can never have enough "inclusion".

Government K-12 schools manufactures transgender ideology and made up identities. The school culture is extremely anti-White, which explains why White children seek these messed up communities; they need to be oppressed since that is the highest social currency.

School counselors push "trauma-informed", "mental health" and "neurodiversity" into young children's minds starting from grade school. They create a fake bubble where every made up delusion is affirmed and highly rewarded.

So when a high schooler leaves K-12, and the world doesn't placate his delusions, he is lost and vulnerable. Sexual deviants in these grooming communities draw young people in by simply repeating what is familiar; words they've heard since kindergarten:

1) Inclusive
2) Welcoming
3) Being your "true self"
4) We're your family
5) Be kind

From there it's easy to move these vulnerable young people into drugs, sex trafficking, prostitution, etc.

Simultaneously, because there is no real academics being taught in K-12, these young people have no hope to establishing a solid career. It's why they're all socialists.

This is the future waiting your children if we do not aggressively excavate "mental health professionals" from our government K-12. They created these broken young people...on purpose.

No one should be made to feel so horrible about themselves that they rather wear a suit that reaches up to 100 degrees, just so they can be an animal.

All of this is mostly created in our K-12 schools and then reinforced on the dark corners of social media. This is a problem that impacts every single American because we young people that hate this country, hate their families, hate our Constitution, and most importantly, hate themselves.

Reject inclusion. EMBRACE EXCLUSION. Good parenting has always been about exclusion. Now we see why.
