@yonann It's probably more fair to say that the Knicks gave him 12 hours. Once he was traded, I don't think the Wolves gave a shit whether he was physically in Minnesota or New York.
Awfully rude of the Knicks to do that to him.
@jakebanderson32@whatsontapnba Rudy got this team over the hump. Something Karl couldn't do. People need to stop acting like this team had playoff success before Rudy, and that they stopped having success after Karl left.
@42Cyc Cam, what are his stats so far today? Rumor has it Kyler's thrown 19 touchdowns and only 1 INT. Is it true?? That would be amazing for an entire week of OTA's, let alone Day 1. If so, Super Bowl incoming!
@Ju_101111@FirstTake@KendrickPerkins It's all about Brunson signing the contract he did. They don't assemble the squad they did without it, and KAT's supermax is an albatross. Just like it was in Minnesota. You can't have a superstar on a max contract and KAT with his contract on the same team. He's not good enough.
@Ju_101111@FirstTake@KendrickPerkins Not only that, there was an argument to be made at the time that Randle was the least important piece of the trade for what the Wolves were trying to do. Donte's on an amazing contract, and they got a 1st rounder as well. It was never about maximizing success these past 2 years.
@GuyAbeetus1 Rusty, why haven't you tweeted about Memorial Day today?? I see lots of posts about the NBA, as well as a handful of retweets (you've been busy on Twitter today, yikes!). But nothing from the heart about veterans. Why are you not honoring them? Do you hate the troops?
@gumbo_skol@GuyAbeetus1@MikeUntitled Rusty's extremely sensitive. Poor guy needs a safe space where everything is just the way he wants it, and it's really hard when he can't find that. π’
