@UberEats unacceptable - charged over $50 for a sandwich, guy came and said he didn’t have it after I gave him the code…AI chatbot said they cancel and i had to reorder so i did. SAME driver returns with the OLD sandwich from 3 hrs ago. No refund for either. Rotten food.

@TMobile 20+ year customer just told they cannot refund $120 in charges for data that was never turned on for my middle school daughter’s new phone. CSR “supervisor” unwilling to help and preferred to lose my account over it. Can’t believe this is how you reward brand loyalty.
