Uber ignoring a reimbursement fee and not doing anything to help me out after a rider got sick in my vehicle and I had to pay over $100 out of pocket my kids ride in my car and now they ignore my messages pretty low in my book for a company to do that

crappy leaders go, the culture they've built stays. @Uber double-charged me for a subscription for 5 months, promised they fixed this 4 months ago. Today, @Uber_Support said the best they could do (for a platinum client) is to refund the last month. Time to switch to @DoorDash

Uber trying to get out of reimbursing me for a cleaning fee after I had to deal with this in my car all night I explained to them my kids ride in this vehicle and they could give a damn about their safety or health and by Ubers guidelines they are supposed to reimburse you
Uber flagged my account for inappropriate use, inappropriately. Can I get an actual human to review the account?
I have a 4.98 rider rating and have had a similar rating over several years of use. This is ridiculous.

I have been struggling for 5 days to get @UberEats to resolve my problem! I get excuses and they have not solved or event responded And now deducted an unauthorised amount from @PayPal Please @dkhos help me. It's the worst service and committing fraud by taken unauthorised money
@Uber_Support@UberEats I placed several orders. The voucher was successful applied and after delivering I was charged for it? No help from uber support in the app. This all are unauthorized and unapproved charges and Transcations on my credit card. I will report it yo my bank.
@Uber_Support I have replied to the DM. Every agent is just copy pasting a generic answer. Not understanding the issue.

@Uber_Support just got robbed by Uber driver at Mexico city plates h38afu. my laptop . Asked driver to wait and left the door open and he took off with my hand at the car. Uber support mexico is not helping. this is not a lost item issue. @ShieldVoC
@Uber_Support , ordered food and didn't get the x2 reward even though I orderded before the closing time of this promotion, can't get help through the app all they do is, sorry we don't manage this, and close the help case.
