First your support team failed to resolve my queries and now this. Is this acceptable ? Airline provided rupees 37,562refund to mmt and mmt provided me rupees 250.

@makemytripcare As mentioned, the issue is only on the merchant site. I spoke with the bank told them they asked to contact mmt.
Then I contacted your team, they could not help. In short, you are unable to resolve this.

Immensely disappointed with the escalation desk of @makemytrip @makemytripcare Their claims about the benefits of mmt icici card are all vague. After complaining for over a month now, they still failed to resolve my issue, when the actual negligence is from their end. Crap App!

@makemytripcare That was the first thing I did. They clearly mentioned the issue is on the merchant site. Then i raised the query on mmt. But no one helped.
