Want the worse delivery service, use @Skynetdxb my parcel is in their DC since the 1st and every time I phone, I get promised delivery the next day, well needless to say 4 next days later still no sign of my parcel. Not impressed with the lack of service.
Want to experience the WORST service ever, order something from @MyiStoreSA and have it delivered through @Courierit_SA, between the two they 1st got my address wrong, then no Customer service at all and NO delivery of my order. I'm appalled beyond measure.

@CellC, they con you into an upgrade by cutting you from the network & telling you that it's due to your sim being old & you need a new sim, you believe it's just a sim, but NO, they treat it as an upgrade to lock you in again, after you did NOT ask

Don't order anything from @NovasmileA - You won't receive your order, nor will you get any feedback on your queries. Their phone number also just ring. It's a scam!

@Dischem The Point mall, when I asked about this today after I saw my points expired, they told me it's a new policy and they were only informed about this on Friday!
I want to know what you are going to do about my situation and points you just expired WITHOUT notifying me!!!!
@Dischem , you advertise that NONE of your benefit points expire, YET I just saw that R 1500 worth of my points expired?? Care to explain this???
If you have changed your policy, why NOT communicate it to your clients BEFORE you expire their points??
@RSAWEB I'm STILL waiting for an agent to phone me back since February 22, so I doubt if you can every change my experience with RSA Web, worse service provider and company customer service to deal with

@Discovery_SA - why does it say the number you have dialed does not exist anymore? Why is there absolutely no service received from you? Claims submitted multiple times with no response of process
@ZARA I'm disgusted in your Customer Services! Your staff just rudely disconnected me from the chat, as they was not willing to give me a managers name and number. Not very great way to treat clients now is it??? #Disgraceful
@Discovery_SA you claim that you will respond to queries within 48 hours..?? It's absolutely appalling that you don't. Your costumer service is absolutely disgraceful
Disappointed is not a strong enough word to describe the lack of assistance from @kulula and @capetownint about their staff breaking into bags and stealing passengers belongings. They choose to turn a blind eye and ignore the situation
@kulula Probably also calls about how your staff break into passengers bags and steal their things, while you choose to look the other way and do nothing
