Iberia Airbus A321 XLR Suffers Bird Strike Damage
A two-month-old Iberia Airbus A321-253NY XLR (MSN 12375 / EC-OOJ) sustained damage to its right engine from a bird strike while operating flight IB579 to Paris (ORY) earlier today.

#OTD in 2017: Air Canada Flight 759, an A320, was in a near-miss in S. Francisco (US). On approach to KSFO, crew lined up to land on a taxiway where four planes were stopped. Jet descended as low as 59 ft from ground and missed one aircraft by 14 ft before crew aborted maneuver.

@easyJet just got home from Rhodes (thank you to your lovely EasyJet Europe Berlin Crew). Myself and my boyfriend were sat on the first plane with tech issues for over 4 hrs after being in the stressful fire situation and we were not given any water/spoken to- any compensation?

I called up and they dont deal with claims over the phone, I’ve emailed the customer service email and not had a response and I have dm’d them on twitter but had no reply it’s completely unacceptable considering what we went through in Rhodes!

@nationalexpress can’t believe it, it’s happened again the 707. You messed up my outbound and now my return coach from Coventry to Luton Airport as someone had been sick over the whole floor. It was delayed an hour before it was cleaned so I was forced to pay £120 on an uber
