@azhar_darokhan Not all cases are indicated for tenotomy
There are 2 ways to tell if tenotomy is indicated.
1. Evaluate calcaneal abduction and ankle dorsiflexion, proceed with tenotomy if ankle dorsiflexion is less than 10 degrees above neutral.

After 7th day of injury we did ORIF with 2 encirclage ss wires & LONG PFNA
