@TravisBOUND I used to enjoy listening in the car coming back from away football games. But then some of the stations stopped carrying so I couldn't listen anyways. It was nice that was a solid effort to cover games that were not just in the southeast. Sorry to see this go.
@JoeConchaTV Because in TX, there is a strong "stand your ground" and this type of violence would be met with equal force considering this is 1 vs many!!!
- She was a mother.
- She was a Christian
- She was a good person
- She wrote poetry…
Gonna let you in on a secret. You may want to sit down for this one. The logic is going to blow your mind. Ready?
- The officer didn’t know any of that at the time she struck him. Nor did her actions reflect any of those characteristics at the moment.
When an officer percieves someone’s actively trying to harm them, the officer doesn’t have the luxury of asking at that moment who you love, what your hobbies are or if you like feeding stray kittens.
She may have been all of those wonderful things, but when you commit criminal acts, then strike an officer trying to lawfully detain you for it with your car, you are the following
- A suspect.
- A threat.
This isn’t meant to come off cruel. But I feel as if the truth can prevent more of these things from happening better than emotionalism.
@paulsperry_ And the MSM is still pushing their "court of public opinion" tour of Signal messages, etc. And congress should get back to their lane and stop acting like they represent overarching Law Enforcement. That's for DOJ and/or Mil Justice to enforce.
