@BritishGasHelp I have responded to my case handler over 15 times and been ignored each time. Just received this email to say the case is closed as they haven’t heard from me. Multiple emails & multiple calls and hours of attempts to just receive this. I am so frustrated. Help!?

@BritishGas your complaints procedure is a JOKE. I have responded 15 times to my case handler including phone calls to BG on this and received this email today saying not heard from me. How can I get my complaint resolved if I am ignored?

Baggage lost on connecting flight from DUB-LBA (origin ORD) 20/06/22 @AerLingus completely ignoring any attempt at contact so can’t even report bags missing @LBIAirport. Can anyone help? Online chat & phone call both dead ends.

@ChloeOK91 @AerLingus Having exactly the same issue. There was no one at airport to even report missing bags to so I don’t even have the baggage claim ref number. @AerLingus completely ignoring all forms of contact.
