Intelligence without hard work gets you nowhere and thus isn't particularly interesting. Hard work without intelligence is more effective, but ultimately extremely boring. Hard work *and* intelligence is where the leverage lies, but it's a fairly rare combination.

We're pretty good at solving hard problems while sleeping or while doing something else. But for that effect to kick in, you need to have spent a while banging your head at the problem first. It's only payback for prior effort.

Il calcio ha riti, che non c’entrano con lo sport in sé: la domenica, le chiese/stadi, i paramenti, i canti, le regole.
Le feste hanno riti: Halloween, ferragosto…
Funzioniamo così. Bene o male che sia
