This is a crazy way to treat your customers. First response to a question about a delay is “do you want to cancel your order?” And then “you can call back tomorrow but you’ll just get the same answer”. Absolutely shameful.

@Carvana decided to give them a try since it was completely online.
First off, they mark their vehicles up to the moon. $13k for a 2010 honda crv but it's what the wife wanted so fine. I dealt with it. (Overpriced by 4K according to KBB)
Went through their financing at first. Which is a joke because they came back at 12-20% depending on the value of the car.
So we finalized elsewhere, then the broken promises and missed appointments started.
Delivery delays, chats without any help and to bring it all home. Their "corporate" people just hang up on you when you request a manager or further help.
We are canceling our order.
