For those who think FPH is captured under the NSW water act 1912. Think again. Get licensed, metered under AS4747 standard and become compliant under the sustainabile diversion limit as per the basin plan. The BP sets aside 210GL of water for FPH b/w QLD/NSW. @HorneLegal @NRAR
