@RonConway Ron - you are the human router of success and help for so many people. You are one of one in the world. We love you and we are praying for you and the family. You have a great home game and team at UCSF - go win - TA
George Washington rode through Greenwich April 12th 1776 - reenactment happened today. People broke out in song. I love America. All of it. Incredible journey for 250 years with all the ups and downs - but the ideas and progress have changed the world.
@DukeMBB@UConnMBB such a great reminder that success has no age requirement - a freshman (Mullins) hit the winning shot but it was a senior (Karaban) who passed the ball to him with 3 seconds left. Teamwork is trustwork. Both teams/coaches inspiring.
@gokulr@joannezchen@gokulr@joannezchen There is a such a clear change in the roles (product/tech, execution skill sets / relationship skill sets). It is a Frederick Taylor moment The Principles of Scientific Management https://t.co/X2VUdMySLF of how work gets done. Different skills/process.
In 1999 business trip, read @HarvardBiz article by Peter Drucker - “Managing Onself” https://t.co/Od76yPAnQM - changed my viewpoint - strengths, relationships, how people learn. Ai is changing work. A human’s natural skills aren’t. Young leaders must read. Just re-read.
Most brands measure clicks.
But what about the people who actually show up?
If someone burns cash or calories to interact with your brand… what are you doing for them?
Predictions for EOY 2026 after CES:
1/Data Infrastructure: CleanRooms will be replaced by CleanAPI's (collabs)
2/PolyMarket is single biggest hidden asset for future of content & CMS strategy
3/Personalized Ai Influencers: 25% of your digital consumption
One highlight this summer was being able to spend time with @DogonMo. I met Dogon almost 10 years ago on a video call from my children's school to his refugee camp in Rawanda. Dogon ended up coming to the US and going to @nyuniversity - and writing a @nytimes best seller on being a refugee and a survivor of the Genocide in Rwanda.
Dogon was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize this year. He is just getting started and was a great addition to our lives and family....and fun to swim with him in the ocean this summer with Dogon and my son Jack....and hang with Nancy, Hope, Summer, my parents, and our whole extended family....

In Real Life > In Remote Life.
At @Flowcode, our product shows up IRL, and so do we. Remote work always has a place, but career growth, culture, and connection scale faster when humans are face to face.

AI is the 1,000-pound gorilla in every boardroom right now. Some leaders are optimistic but cautious, others are actively questioning its long-term impact. At Flowcode, we’ve made our position clear... we’re fully embracing it.

Happy Cannes Monday.
Cannes is one of the top IRL events of the year... the best brands, boldest ideas, and biggest moments all in one place.
We built Flowcode for the IRL x URL economy. Where real-world experiences drive digital engagement in real time.
If you’re in Cannes and not thinking about how to connect fans instantly, you’re missing it.
#FanToBrand all day at Cannes.
I love being in NYC everyday for many reasons, but one of the biggest - New York always gives back. Alan Schwartz hosted Nancy Armstrong and I at Robin Hood again this year and here are my take-aways:
Robinhood raised $71M for the most needy in NYC and 100% of proceeds always go to the charities.
Robin Hood attracts incredible people and talent to give in a way that few other organizations can - and loved seeing @nflcommish and the @NFL being one of the chairs of the event.
Keith Urban is fire. The guy leaves it on the field - he was incredible. Pure talent meets pure passion.
NYC Positive Gangsters: We saw so many people who quietly give and it makes NYC a community. Robin Hood is a bold event but there are a lot of quiet givers
Events in real life are the most impactful for humans. And that's what we say at Flowcode. IRL = Rules.
Only Downside: Knicks. I am a Boston @Celtics fan and it was getting scores on my phone. Go Celtics.
Go NY, GO.
Simplicity is one of the hardest things to get right in business—and one of the most valuable.
Revisiting Insanely Simple by Ken Segall this week. The way Apple protected simplicity wasn’t style—it was strategy.
At Flowcode, we aim for that same discipline. Still learning from this book years later.

Unfortunately I can’t make it to @TheMasters this year, so we hosted our own version in SoHo. Pro golfers, caddies, and a green jacket ceremony—because @Flowcode loves sports, and sports love Flowcode. Watch 'til the end to see who walked away with it!
