@British_Airways despicable treatment of my wife & 10 month old by BA.Was continually lied to by your telephone &airport team that seats WERE bassinet seats. They weren’t. They were passing the buck to the on-board team who worked miracles by moving passengers. check phone log.

@British_Airways hi. BA change my flight to an unsuitable time. I am unable to get through to the call centre for weeks to rearrange flight. Finally spk to an agent to discover no e-ticket has been issued so cannot change flight. Told to call again in 7 days. Appalling.

2.) can I use microwave in galley kitchen to sterilise bottles on board?
