@Delta flight cancelled and now it’s a 4 hour wait to get our bags back?! Had booked another flight but had to cancel since we can’t get our bags. This is low hanging fruit to improve an already poor experience.

@AmandaMGoetz In big organizations, you can't do much without partnering. Even other people within your marketing organization like the channel owners, require setting up a partnership. Not easy but can't move without it.
