@bt_uk Hi. I have a business account. After 1 hr 45mins I eventually got higher up your support desks and was told BT had a system error. He had to resolve it manually. I am always having to wait on hold. BT custservice is appalling. 😡
@bt_uk you are truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with for my business. Every time it takes an age to sort anything out. I am currently still on hold after 48mins.
@British_Airways unbelievable that you can cancel flights at a moments notice but if I need to cancel a flight you tell me I’m not eligible for a refund or a voucher and it’s impossible to get through to your customer service by phone 😡

@Mark_J_Harper I’d be worried if they didn’t have a plan. What if a variant emerged that evaded the vaccination? The govt were criticised for not having a strong pandemic plan in the first place, now you are criticising your govt for planning. 🤷🏻♂️
