@sam_eagan They are in many markets. It’s not a crash but a slow drawdown. There are many motivated sellers (must move, vacant w mortgage, etc) where they are having to aggressively drop prices to atttract buyers. BUT many homeowners “testing” market are simply taking it off if no buyers
