#virginmedia 3 hours on the phone today with multiple people, twice got forwarded to departments that are closed on weekends, 6 weeks over the festive period with zero service and today I get told my account is in arrears even though you collect payments by DD - help me cancel!

I called them to inform them that this is an error on the councils part, basically got a response say though look, enforcers will be coming your way.
