@DevaronPerry We are banking on potential. We lost Strus/Wade, Ellis and Schroeder. All who are more proven talent than who is replacing them.

If Watson is who we hope he is, then that's a positive. But no way we can say today that the youths are better than proven players. We just have hope.

@realcavsfans I'm not counting Tyson or Merrill as they are already proven assets imo...though of course I want them to improve.

Otherwise though, would love to see Proctor make his way into the lineup.

I'd love to say Tomlin, but his jump would have to be massive to really make it.

@DevaronPerry The problem is Payton is a huge unknown. Like has been said, out side of the 15 games he played last year...all his other games would same below mediocre. You take away Jaylon's 15 best games and Jaylon is still better than Watson.

He hasn't found a shot he won't take and while he shows flashes of a great shooter, he's not. And plays zero defense. basically takes bad shots and plays no D.

@ChrisFedor @clevelanddotcom Was hopeful for a miracle with him, but unfortunately didn't seem to work on his weaknesses and was ultimately unplayable. Maybe he'll find somewhere to do something. Euro League might be a good fit.
