The squad I'm a part of, Haricots (yes all of our squads are named after vegetables, fruits and legumes) starts each day with a stand-up. Our stand-ups are centred around our customer-focused sprint goals, which we set as a team during sprint planning! @anne31mary @mattyounguk
Our Day in the Life takeovers are back! We kick off at the end of this week with @timothydplatt who will talk you through a day in his role as Senior Product Manager. We'll then have a variety of other tech team members making appearances over the next month.
@VirginExp messaged you via your web form twice in the last 2 weeks about a refund and had no reply. Tried calling and it says you don’t operate a phone line anymore. It’s been a nightmare trying to get a refund for an unwanted gift experience. What’s with that?!
@monzo, I’ve just had a meal at @MilkMadu in Ubud, Bali... and they said the only card they don’t accept is Monzo... any reason why, or just an excuse to not take a card payment?
If you missed all the fun, or would just like to relive it, the #worldproductday talk by our guest speaker @timothydplatt on "10 Ways to Ruin Your Product" is now available on our YouTube channel! https://t.co/oCl18FAEMO
We're joining over 90 cities around the world tomorrow to celebrate #worldproductday. We'll have @timothydplatt revealing "10 Ways to Ruin Your Product", the World's Greatest Product Quiz, and, because PMs wear many hats, prizes for the best hat! https://t.co/SUZh0rf9Tx
Hey @AskHalifaxBank 👋
It's great to see your updated brand identity, but it looks like you forgot to update couple of things.
The card in the photo still displays the @monzo BIN (5355 22) and the name of one of our staff members... 😉
@EmmaMattress - hope your mattress is better than the box suggests 😕 It looks like it’s been thrown through every stage of the delivery processs. Also, why two different delivery companies? It just makes for a confusing customer experience.
@EmmaMattress - excited for the new mattress, but seems to have taken quite a battering on its way here... also, why do you use separate companies for delivery? Confusing.
