@easyJet you’ve reallocated my families seats for a flight tomorrow leaving my wife, 3 and 2 year old sitting alone. This is illegal for them to travel without us. Your staff says it can only be sorted at the gate, but your Ops team said it could be sorted by them now. Help?

@SamsungUK 3 engineer visits to fix our washer/dryer and still broken. Your call centre suggests a 4th visit. Last engineer recommended replacement. Call centre cant be more unhelpful as everything is with another team. Got 2 kids under 2 and its been going on for a month. Help!

@O2 fraud on my wifes account. Waiting for a call back since 1st March. Now threatened with legal action by yourselves due to a missing DD that you cancelled. Any chance you can escalate so this can be sorted before we have to go to @Ofcom?

@LondonMarathon After the 12 months we’ve all had I can’t really ask friends and family for the £2k+ for a charity place.

Should ask the colleague on their 5th straight ballot place for the lottery numbers.

@hearnea @LondonMarathon I know! Applied every year since 2007 (may have missed 1 or 2) and no joy. Have done a couple elsewhere but ultimately want to do one in the City I was born, raised and live in.

In Blackpool tonight. Met a young lad on the train up here, who said he wanted to join up but didn’t think the British Army was worth joining any more... I showed him this. Still the best experience any young person can have. Miss the people, and the job.
