@versantpower is there a way of seeing what my actual meter reading is on an hourly basis or even a daily basis. how do i read the meter so that i can actually know if the numbers you bill me for are correct?
@Delta you know what is sad, it is quieter at the gate than in MKE skyclub. Some entitled individual is using the speaker whilst talking on his phone. Both sides of the conversation can be heard throughout the club, I know because I moved to try to find a quiet spot.
@Avis No, I do not need assistance any longer. My patience ran out a long time ago. I just hope someone in authority sees this and will start making changes to provide better response time. Again, Avis cost me two days of work and a hotel room.
@Avis absolutely impossible to talk to a customer service individual. I need some immediate help with a car reservation and cannot get a hold of the airport location I rented the vehicle from.
@Delta Kim G (redcoat) at BGR is the sweetest and kindest person I have dealt with at Delta in a long time. She embodies the old Delta service we all loved and saw before this Covid disaster.
@AmericanAir That response still does not give any real information. 99% of the time in other circumstances like this someone at the gate would inform us of the cause of the delay (weather, maint, lack of crew, and what is being done) crickets here
@AmericanAir been waiting for a flight that has been delayed due to maintenance issue for over 6 hours. No real updates or offer of water or any type of customer service in Jackson, MS.
@Delta It used to be fly delta exclusively, but with the dilution of loyalty benefits, meh. Will start looking for others who actually may appreciate and value individuals who actually sit in their plane. Sometimes the grass is greener, thank you for making me look
