Please repost for all the cleaning staff who are working across the NHS today.

They are a huge part of the NHS family and it would be impossible to keep patients safe without them.

Healthcare assistants in the NHS are being paid just £12.92 per hour.

That’s just 21p above the National Living Wage.

Please retweet if you think they deserve better and help raise awareness of this issue.

If only….

@CaraDowland @NHSMillion How long did those 2 ppl both work on that ward? I spent 2weeks in isolation at SGH in 2021. I made a point of learning names from badges: no rocket science. One day I thanked a quiet cleaner by name. She literally danced out of my room singing quietly to herself….🥹

Reporting an adverse event from a medicine or medical device through the @MHRAgovuk Yellow Card scheme is a key part of how we ensure medicine safety - you can report as a healthcare professional or member of the public 👇🏻

[Dr Jill Loader @JillLoader]

Really important that patients, patient groups, general practice and pharmacy teams, negatively impacted by the current system where a pharmacist cannot supply a suitable alternative without a new prescription, respond to this consultation.

Michelle Mone can be expelled from the House of Lords by a simple majority vote in the Commons, and then in the House of Lords.

Like if she needs to go.
RT if she has to go.

Hello @TfL. What’s going on with no 57 bus in the last few weeks. Your info says good service but it’s been anything but. Gaps of 20mins plus are common. Please keep us up to date

If you’re crawling through Monday after a big weekend, #RecipeOfTheDay should knock away the cobwebs: Elvis Presley’s Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich! https://t.co/sSccClWoBO

Time for King Charles to visit Canada, where he is head of state and has every right to go whenever he wants. I have no doubt the welcome would be ecstatic. And very symbolic. Retweet if you agree.

Thank you to all our incredible NHS staff working over the Christmas period!

From porters and pharmacists to doctors and dentists, thank you for continuing to care for our loved ones each and every day.

Defo up for (most laid back) canine personality of the year I’d say

[Flying Pig 🚁 @flyabout7]

Look at this pathetic specimen of a hound.

Absolutely zorsted. 😴

He’s done the square root of nothing today, except for a couple of short walks around the block.

Goodnight folks.

Until tomorrow 🐾🐾

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆:

• The government and the GMC have agreed to regulate & legitimatise false doctors

• They have done this despite enormous protest from NHS Doctors and patients

• Their one goal is to cheapen healthcare (that you fund) - the cost is your health.

WHAT TO DO:

At your next visit, ask for it to be documented that you do not consent to assessment or treatment solely by a Physician Associate/Anaesthetic Associate.

Last night a male involved in a domestic incident started making threats to officers as they arrived including one of our handlers. We introduced the male to PD Ike who displayed how we will respond to violent threats. The male quickly seen sense & was arrested! well done Ike 👏

@EE I hope so but understand that I’ve had 3or4 fix times before and none has come to anything. And how on earth has it taken all this time to be told that u know about the prob and many others are affected too?

[Tim @timroot22]

Let’s just say that from personal experience being anywhere near @EE in any league table isn’t the sort of recommendation I’d go looking for😫

[Larry the Cat @Number10cat]

X is currently only 108th on the ApplE free app chart in the UK. How's it placed where you are?

[Tim @timroot22]

@EE Only 6+ times. The last 48 hr ago revealed for the first time (in 4 months) that there was a system billing issue affecting many customers which you are and should be solved in the next 7-10 days. I’ll believe it when I see it. Your customer service is a shambles🤯🤯🤯
