@ericjgrimm Right on. I’m not sure that stage of entrepreneurship ever ends, but it’s definitely balanced by positives and experience in dealing with the many crises.
@Morgan_Eckroth Of course. Forgive my ignorance, but can you remind me of the argument against simply charging more for drinks and paying staff a living base wage? The process of tipping feels like everyone in the chain (except farmers and baristas) is insulated from financial uncertainty.
