@MedFitBlondie After my first med school exam, I made a rule never to stick around and discuss questions and answers afterward. Went home, had a drink, picked up again the next day when it all died down. Best decision ever.
Once a patient with capacity decides DNR/I, surrogate can't change it.
It is a common misconception, that is, surrogate can do whatever they want. That is wrong.
Surrogate can only decide what the patient didn't decide.
Nobody can change DNR/I except the patient.

@danielp_reid@AdamMGrant Agree. You need something subjective and PDA need some way of initially ranking folks. My biggest beef is I do not feel it needs to be 8ish hours long. I feel that brings in factors that do not evaluate how good of a doctor you might be.
@theurbanres@justarandomdani My daughters are still not convinced that I am a dr because I dont perform surgery, so I am off the hook for any type of advice. In a world where they actually believe I am a dr, would def be the former.
