It is a common misconception, that is, surrogate can do whatever they want. That is wrong.

Surrogate can only decide what the patient didn't decide.

Nobody can change DNR/I except the patient.

@danielp_reid @AdamMGrant Agree. You need something subjective and PDA need some way of initially ranking folks. My biggest beef is I do not feel it needs to be 8ish hours long. I feel that brings in factors that do not evaluate how good of a doctor you might be.
