Trying to speak to a human is next to impossible. Finally did who did her best and escalated the complaint but I don’t trust that the managers actually are goi g to do

@BritishGas Totally terrible service from British Gas. Shocking.
Engineer booked last Thursday. Texted that day saying he's on his way. Later get call cancelling it. Rebooked for a WEEK later.
I ask to speak to manager. Told not possible and will get call back within 24 hours.

@PostOffice unbelievable. Postman comes to wrong side of house making my anxious dog go mad and destroy Mail. Postman already done this before. He was rude. Rang customer services. Woman was talking over me and also rude. Shocking and totally unacceptable. #complaint #badservice
