@HaydenHewitt I don’t mind paying for the vet’s time and the treatment they do but I paid £50 for some eye drops. My sister (who is a nurse) picked up the prescription for me and said “do you know these are just human conjunctivitis drops that you can get in Boots for about £8?”

@josephpoots @doreentony @JeremyVineOn5 And? Isn’t that what retirement is for? You work hard all your working life, save up for your retirement and then enjoy it while you can. Whether they get a winter fuel payment or not I certainly don’t begrudge people getting to enjoy their life.

I go in the office 3 days and I do both a Monday and a Friday. The traffic is quieter so I lose less time commuting. You do know that people actually work from home and this verifiable by managers??
