@Uber_Support it is really infuriating to be told that your complaint is being closed because you didn’t include a photo when there is a photo RIGHT ABOVE THE MESSAGE the challenged employee is sending. Then all messages after are completely ignored. Fix your support team!!!!

Two full days this week. Three companies. I’m exactly NOWHERE. And the best one is @SCANHealthPlan because I’m just trying to help my 92 yo mom get on a plan that can best help her. I can’t even get a straight answer on what benefits are on each plan. More like SCAM health
