The Trust Everything, Everywhere Hackathon is complete!
A weekend dedicated to making AI deployment into the physical world secure, trusted, and robust under adversarial constraints. Contestants built and implemented the security primitives for intelligence to navigate, negotiate and verify interactions in embodied systems.
Congratulations to our champions:
👑 Grand Prize (£1,000 + £1,000 in Ant credits): Mine Trust, for zero-knowledge verified autonomous mine clearing. Lenka Mudrich, Ying Liu, Elim Kwan, Yi Lam, Jatin Jaywant Ingle, Min Thant Kyaw.
👨🏻🔬Technical Excellence Prize (£500): ClawdBoat, for their underwater vehicle-manipulator system simulator to repair critical undersea cables with a BlueROV2 Heavy and Alpha-5 arm. William Hill, Clara S, Nikilesh Ramesh, Filippo Gombac.
💡Novel Approach Prize (£500): SQWID, for their competitive survival game where OpenClaw agents are pitted against one another in a battle for financial survival. Enrico Bottazzi.
Honourable mentions go to Trust Before You Touch (physical watermarking of SO-arms with leader/prover/verifier bots, Ricardo Valencia Albornoz) & Halo (an emitter-receiver system to protect vulnerable pedestrians in a world of autonomous machines, Tino Millar & son Jacob, age 8!).
Thank you to @ARIA_research for the support, Paddington Robotics & Safe Robotics for loaning some hardware, to Anthropic for the compute, to our judges @ObadiaAlex, @iamnotnicola, Awais Rashid, @jamiec_24, and to advisors such as Chris Lu, Tim Hobson, @sarahdrinkwater, @mateo_petel, Mary Maller.
We hope that this, along with our recent Frontiers Nights, stimulates more work in this important field as we enter an increasingly programmable cyber-physical reality.
Studios are looking to digital performers as the next wave of entertainment. @_cestlavii & @k0hakura used Move AI to bring a virtual DJ to life—showing how mocap + editing can give digital personas real presence. The future of production is mixed reality.
Big pricing drop: Move One by @MoveAI_ now $15/mo Personal (>300s/mo s1/fast model) or $250/mo Advanced (was $490—49% off: 6K+ secs/mo, 3K+ secs/mo s2/powerful model).
Scaling for unlimited soon—motion capture for millions of creators, not just elite studios.
Taking salsa practice into VR 🕺🏽
VR researcher Samir Ghosh used Move One to capture his own dance choreography and bring it into a WebXR app with Apple Vision Pro. This opens up exciting possibilities—not just for immersive training, but also for teaching and sharing movement.
DEFAULTED - COMING THIS FRIDAY!
This animated short film was created in Blender with motion capture driven by MOVE AI, blending comedy, action, and a touch of heart. It’s a playful tribute to the worlds we build in 3D — and the little shapes that start them all.
Charlie Driscoll used Move Pro to capture an insanely high-quality fight scene — all within a 2-hour mocap session. The result? One of his best Unreal Engine 5 cinematic sequences yet.
This shows how creators can go from mocap session to polished cinematic content in the same day — cutting down workflows that used to take weeks.
Dex just dropped—R&D team @MoveAI_ nailed it. 3D hand & finger tracking from any phone cam or single video—no suits, no gloves. Animators, game devs, robotics & sports pros, this is for you! Try it at https://t.co/H2BmKzHRdg
Major update: @MoveAI_ launches Gen 2 spatial motion models
Huge thanks to our brilliant interdisciplinary team of engineers and researchers who made this possible
Introducing Gen 2 spatial motion: 3D motion capture, full-body dynamics, joint torques, ground reaction forces, advanced motion retargeting, motion prediction. Works on AI video, phones, cinema cams, stadia. Launched at Movement Day, BAFTA London.
Stadium-scale, studio-quality motion capture is launching soon…
Full 3D control, stable bone lengths and realistic ground-foot contact for high-fidelity animation in Unreal Engine, Blender or any 3D engine. This is not pose estimation—this is dynamic, high-precision, real-world data capturing at AAA quality, providing you with lifelike avatars and seamless animation like never before. 📷⚽️
Sony Music's Fortnite concert featuring UK BRIT Awards winner Myles Smith was brought to life with the help of @MoveAI_. @MylesSmithUK has over 1.4 billion streams and his 'Stargazing' was the biggest global single from a UK artist in 2024.
The Move platform helps turn 2D videos to 3D motion data from regular cameras - without the needs for suits, markers or booking traditional motion capture facilities. This means that motion capture for a project like this can be delivered end-to-end in hours/days rather than weeks/months, for a fraction of the cost.

Here's a sneak peek of the @MoveAI_ API tested on the @Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses 😎
The API uses AI and physics models that turn 2D video from any source (eg smart glasses, studio cameras, iphone) to 3D human motion data and analytics.

With Move One it is possible to capture high quality motion data anywhere.
Just place your phone on a tripod or stand, strike an A-pose and perform.
No suits or markers required.
This was created by @Regie_Voogie, with Move One, iClone and Blender. 🔥
