One of the biggest compliments I can receive is hearing that a brand loved the concepts just as much as the final content.
I recently wrapped a paid collaboration and got feedback that they loved everything, including a bonus recipe edit I decided to include.

If you had the TNA leggings or the hoodie, you were cool. And if you didn’t, you wanted them.
I definitely bought into it too.
Looking back, I don’t think I ever stopped to ask myself if I actually liked it. I just saw it so many times that it started feeling like I was supposed to.
I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately because people are always talking about “finding yourself.”
It’s usually framed like this big journey where you need to travel somewhere, pick up new hobbies, reinvent yourself, or become a whole new person.
But I wonder if we have it backwards.
I wonder if finding yourself has a lot less to do with adding and a lot more to do with subtracting.
We absorb so much from the world around us that eventually it becomes hard to tell which parts actually belong to us and which parts were handed to us by everyone else.
Maybe the hardest part about finding yourself isn’t figuring out who you are.
Maybe it’s letting go of everything you picked up along the way that was never really you.

The task that makes your stomach sink is usually the one worth doing first.
Avoiding it means your brain keeps revisiting it all day. It's sitting in the background while you're answering emails, checking off smaller tasks, or trying to focus on something else, quietly draining your mental energy the entire time.
The moment it's finished, that weight disappears. Everything else feels easier because your attention isn't being pulled in ten different directions anymore.
That's why tackling the hardest task first has become one of the best productivity habits I've implemented.

Getting asked to create another ad before the first one has even finished its testing period was a nice reminder that good partnerships are about more than a single deliverable.
I genuinely connected with this brand from the start, so supporting them didn't stop when I sent over the final files. I've continued following along, engaging with their content, and cheering them on because I believe in what they're building.
There is something special about finding brands that align with your values and the way you show up online. Those relationships make the work more meaningful, and that's something I'm appreciating a lot today!

Scrolling for inspiration isn’t the problem. I do it too. The problem is when you spend so much time consuming other people’s taste that you stop noticing what’s actually yours.
After a while, you can’t even tell the difference between something you genuinely love and something you’ve just seen 400 times online until your brain decided it must be good. Same outfits, apartments, personalites, etc.
What gets pushed to you isn’t necessarily what everyone loves. It’s what’s considered safe, familiar, and has been framed as aspirational.
I just think there has to be enough quiet in your life to hear your own thoughts before the internet hands you new ones.

If you told me a year ago that I’d be obsessed with creative strategy, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
I started as a UGC creator because I loved the creative side of content. Somewhere along the way, I became fascinated by the strategy behind it. The messaging, the psychology, the multiple reasons a piece of content resonates while another falls flat.
Stepping into a new space came with a lot of second-guessing. I kept feeling like there was more I needed to learn before I could confidently offer creative strategy.
Today I passed @motionapp_ Creative Strategy Bootcamp exam!
The score was exciting, but the bigger takeaway was realizing I already knew more than I was giving myself credit for. Between @mehrrajputUGC 's AHA Program, @motionapp_ Bootcamp, and countless hours studying brands and creative, it all compounded.
Creative strategy has challenged me in the best way. It lets me immerse myself in a brand’s story while balancing analytical thinking with creativity.
Sometimes growth looks less like becoming someone new and more like trusting the person you've been becoming all along.

What stood out to me on a strategy call today was how quickly great ideas can pile up.
