@bluehostsupport It would be super helpful if your "time to upgrade your php" email notices would reference a domain. Has it ever occurred to you that some recipients host more than one site with you?
@comcastbusiness It would be super if you would actually tell your customers about your so-called “scheduled maintenance” instead of just shutting off our Internet for the day, apparently. Again. So you knew it would be out today but you don’t tell us? NOT HELPFUL
@comcastcares Yesterdays outage was avoidable. Today’s apparently is not. But made all the worse by Yesterdays needless interruption. Again, terrible customer service and even worse communication.
@comcastcares I see now that your link is not a new DM address, but you’re not responding to DM’s, not that there’s anything you could do about an outage in the area. My complaint is as much with Comcast’s terrible customer service and communication skills as it is with the outage.
@comcastcares And I just want to stress that your app doesn’t tell me shit. It says outage. That’s it. I still have to call your terrible phone system to get an ETA. Why that info cannot be pushed to your app and make that one small thing more convenient for your customers, I cannot understand
@comcastcares I DM’ed you hours ago and didn’t get a reply. I’ll try that new DM address if I feel like spending anymore time on Comcast today. Right now I’m busy using cellular to try to upload a work video - not going well.
@comcastcares The latest rep I spoke to said that these trouble tickets are just closed whether or not they are resolved- and whether or not the requested call-back ever happens. What kind of customer service is that?
@comcastcares Just learned that today’s outage is a new/different issue. NOT that it was communicated- not in your app, not at all. Do you not understand that your lack of communication is just as big a problem as your lack of service? Honestly, what is wrong with Comcast?
@comcastcares Day 2 of outage now - I don’t give a shot about your app. Provide interest services. Your agent just said she thought all businesses were closed right now, so why should an outage matter? Seriously?????
If anyone is considering paying for @bluehost migration services, DON’T DO IT. I have had a terrible experience. The migration team did the first 75% of the work really well and then dropped me back into regular support to finish, which has been abysmal.
