@Uber_Support Heya i took a trip from home to stafford train station this morning when I booked it it said £6-7, it was just showing loading information and all the taxis available, then finally went on to finding a driver.
When I arrived I got charged £17.96.

@thetrainline I didnt use my open return at all as I changed my travel plans, I tried to refund it it says RR1 can I get them refunded at the station I collected the tickets at. I didnt keep my collection ticket for it unfortunately.
