The President or Sec Rubio need to enlighten the people of the mission in central and south America and the Shield of the Americas. Getting the cartels out of the hemisphere is a huge task and something the people should know about. Going into the midterms, the hispanics in the US who can vote would prolly like to know the US has been fighting to free their families still in central and south America under the evil that is the cartels.
