6 days later, I received a call AFTER 6 pm from a general manager at @AMCTheatres regarding this issue. Hey @CEOAdam do you condone civil threats by your employees towards patrons? All this over 2 cups of water

4 days ago, this employee at @AMCTheatres was belligerent, rude, condescending, and refused to give us 2 cups for water. Then, she threatened to put my husband in handcups. I guess this is their quality guest experience they speak about. Wow @AMCHelps. Sadly she's still employed.

3 days ago, an @AMCTheatres employee was beyond belligerent and condescending to us when we went and asked for 2 cups of water. Guess they condone such behavior from their employees @AMCHelps 🙄

Yet again @Disney ImaginationCampus doesn't recognize those working in Early Childhood Education and teachers in family-care centers. It's unfair to know ECE professionals are not considered teachers after all these years.

Called @JetBlue last night. Was told it's 111 minute wait & asked for a call back. It's been 8+ hours since and no call back. Your agent messed up my booking yesterday & I need to speak with someone asap!
