This week in R.E. our Year 2's have been learning about 'THE GOLDEN RULE'. I have set them the challenge of completing a piece of artwork to depict what they believe this rule means. The finished art pieces will be judged and a prize given to the boy and girl with the best idea

Today all our Yr2's got a chance at making a Christingle. I was so proud of them as we added each part they could tell me what it represented and why were including it. When they were all completed we sang Christmas songs and lit them.

It was such a joy to see our orchestra playing their violins during todays lesson. They have made such a strong start in a few short weeks and are looking forward to starting to play with the bow after half term 🎻 #TownvilleOpportunities #Exploration #Aspiration
