When we don't know the basics of our laws, we can only direct our angst towards various elements of the legal system and feel frustrated.

But only when we know our laws, can we demand the politicians to buckle up and make better & strict laws. Otherwise we're at the mercy of errant drivers who will face miniscule punishment for killing our loved ones.
