Last Thursday night, millions of people watched on @espn as @TexasSoftball won the 2026 @NCAASoftball National Championship.

What pople didn't see was the journey of Associate Head Coach Ehren Earleywine that led him there.

This 3D Journey story isn't about a championship season. It's about success, failure, redemption, and the unexpected turns that shape our lives.

Ehren's story is a reminder that failure is an experience we go through, not an identity that defines us. And sometimes the chapter that feels like the end of the story is simply the beginning of a better one.

In his doctoral research, Dr. Marc Bauer (Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska at Kearney) found that 3D Coaching produced positive gains in 12 of 13 non-cognitive areas measured, with 8 showing statistical significance.

Those areas included self-awareness, self-determination, grit, conscientiousness, self-discipline, adaptability, hope, and resilience.

His research suggests that one of the most effective ways to impact athletes is to first develop the coaches who influence them every day.
