@stephenharlinmd I had assumed benefit of >sharpe & lowerDD vs. bmark was you can lever up to make more $.
Doesn't seem to be the case though, any ideas why?
@Route2FI@RobJo66 I want to build a portfolio of yield oppys => need protocol diversif => inevitably will be in some altcoin farms => need to be comfortable owning the dex/farm/protocol tokens (eg VVS, BIFI, JOE) as liquidity provider. That last part is where I canโt get conviction - thoughts?
@Will_Halbert_ @Swissler2 @Route2FI Is this true though? Iโve seen people say this both for $time and $ohm but I thought the protocol only buys back when price <$1, not when market cap less than reserves?
@hubermanlab at one point you were associated with neurohacker collective/quaila per sec filings (e.g., https://t.co/Xo2xkF1aGn ) but you no longer are listed on their website. Should I be concerned about their products? Thank you
@dcinvestor Own eth. Considering owning more. Seen any deep dives, research, or just articles explaining why I dont need to worry about regulation hampering defi and thus use case for eth?
@UncleRewards Serious question re: BTC vs ETH (I own both). Can't BTC just fork its way out of any deficiencies (e.g., fees not keeping up with block rewards, PoS, etc.)? And since it has a headstart on eth from network effects standpoint... why is eth the clear winner long run?
@George_harrap@ozomediacrypto@George_harrap this is actually the only thing i struggle with in defi right now. What real world stuff are people getting by pledging e.g. $100 ETH to borrow $100 USDC? Can't they just sell ETH? Isnt the whole thing just to provide leverage for degens?
@Albert_E_Phd @dcinvestor Right, thatโs my assumption but hoping someone who believes in them / owns them can illustrate a more positive take. It canโt *all* be greater fool theory, right?
@EpsilonTheory What would allay your fears re CV19? Would an improvement in 2nd derivative in Italy / South Korea (i.e., falling number of new daily cases)? Or something else? % of population for both countries infected so far remains so low...
