Beware: if you ever received legal documents from HOAs attorney, check all admin info and validate all charges with reciepts.
What I’ve seen in legal documents:
-Incorrect/ unregistered/ unlicensed LCAM - name misspelled/ therefore does not exist
-Inflated fees even though same courthouse filing has copies of receipts
-No contractual agreement on file, so where are attorney fees agreed upon?
-LCAM/HOA contact has one price but charges at higher price

These builder need more regulation. Stop allowing builders get away with shoddy work.

Who is supervising subcontracted personnel bc just yesterday morning, I saw a construction truck filling up while one of the workers was buying a cold beer.

Last year a neighbor reported crooked shower installation. While fixing/remodeling, they found beer cans behind drywall.

There seem to be elements of bad faith in this situation.

Trying to reason with bad faith actors - could be counterproductive- you don’t think they could have already calculated each step going forward?!

Govt business regulating agencies, and other ‘galaxy’ lawmakers need to hear this.
