@tachymedstudent I would recommend focusing on UWorld. Do both UWSA if you have time, and the free 120 is also good if you have time, but I wouldn’t worry too much about the practice NBME exams (especially NBME 7 which is known to be not as good)

@EaglesRewind Yes some of the tests are relatively independent, but unfortunately it is more of a resource scarcity issue at this point. Many presumed positive patients are thus still being treated as positive even if they get a negative test (given the about 70% sensitivity)
