I visited Shuri Castle several times while it was under reconstruction, but now that the reconstruction is finally complete, I'm considering going to Okinawa next time.
Here's a delicious beer, available only in Hokkaido and specifically for spring.
It has a wonderful hop aroma and a moderate bitterness. A delicious beer where you can taste the sweetness of the malt afterwards.

Lately, I've been making amazake (sweet rice drink) from sake lees and trying several different kinds, but my favorite is the amazake I made with sake lees from Hemmi Brewery, which I got when I went to Sado Island. It's really delicious!
