today's CLARITY vote tally: 49-50. the graphic below details senators' votes on key items in the 119th congress, including today's vote on CLARITY
sen tillis preserved the ability for the bill to be re-introduced, and there is still a chance, though we don't know when
thanks to everyone who has worked on this for years. we believe it is a strong bill that protects investors and promotes innovation and US capital markets leadership
the adoption of bitcoin and blockchains will continue with or without new federal legislation
we are not stopping
Hot take: Trump coin, World Liberty, USD1, and Melania coin are why CLARITY failed.
An unprecedented $1.3 billion pocketed. More than all past U.S. presidents made during their terms combined.
Senate Democrats trying to figure out how to vote NO on the Clarity Act after receiving over 120+ wins and a majority of their ethics requests.
The time for negotiating is over. Let's vote. Let's pass this strong, bipartisan bill.
The President’s point, and I fully agree, is that the worst choice is to fall behind and hope our adversaries will responsibly wield a technology with the potential to elevate nations and change civilizations.
The best choice is to continue to ensure America has the superior AI, just as we must lead across every technology that will shape the future.
I might be biased but Senator Gillibrand is arguably the MVP of CLARITY.
Incredibly smart and effective. Brought many Dems on board. I don’t think we’d even have a shot without her.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11, CIA released 71 President's Daily Briefs to give Americans a glimpse into our most sensitive intelligence from the years before and day after one of our Nation's darkest moments.

A frog photobombed a Moon mission 🐸🚀
Thirteen years ago this week, NASA’s LADEE launched (leaped?) from Wallops, the facility’s first mission to deep space. LADEE helped pave the way for @NASAArtemis by studying the lunar atmosphere and conditions near the surface.
We now have:
1. President Trump offering $5,000 “dividend” checks to all American adults
2. Oil prices officially back above $100 per barrel
3. Total US debt above a record $40 trillion
4. Inflation above 2% for 60 consecutive months
5. One of the biggest technological revolutions in modern history
6. The Fed facing pressure to cut rates while inflation remains above target
This is your advance notice to position yourself accordingly.
Gold just added $1 TRILLION in market cap today as futures surged above $4,500/oz.
For perspective:
At roughly $79,000 per Bitcoin, the entire Bitcoin network is worth only about $1.6 trillion.
In other words, gold added the equivalent of roughly 60%+ of Bitcoin’s entire market capitalization in a single day.
Think about the scale of that.
Different assets. Same monetary signal.
As inflation expectations rise, oil surges and confidence in fiat purchasing power gets questioned, capital is moving toward scarcity.
Gold has thousands of years of monetary history.
Bitcoin has a fixed supply of 21 million.
And if Bitcoin ever begins attracting capital flows remotely comparable to gold, the repricing potential is extraordinary.
$1 trillion is enormous for Bitcoin. For gold, apparently it can now be a day.
