So @hydroquebec comes to my area to fix a power outage at 2.30pm after being reported around 11.30am. They fix it, I see the crew. They leave. And power cut again. One would think they would turn around after they do their work. But that’s too simple.
So we still wait.

@hydroquebec You would think this would have been anticipated and acted proactively since last years April freeze?? but no, instead it’s always reactive, not proactive. Proper care of vegetation should have been done months ago.
