last Monday a cardboard box was delivered to my door. luckily it was before going bouldering.
I opened it immediately but barely took a look at its contents, didn't have much time.
so I waited until today (no shows for three days, blessed/despised half-term is the reason).
@AvisEurocarhire I would like to check with the hire station in TFS as I think I have lost my wallet in the car, bit the only number I can find is for customer care (Monday-Friday) and not the station itself
@climbbern2023 hi, really looking forward to the championship. one question: I got tickets from UK, they had to be the print at home version.
1) do I need to print them or can I present them from my phone?
2) is there any chance I could swap them when there for fan tickets? 🤞
@ifsclimbing , do you know what happened with IFSC 2022 replays on Olympic Channel? they are nowhere to be found (from UK at least), while they were available last year.
bikes are often (perhaps just a 10% of them) left in the middle of the pavement, or places where they make using the pavement difficult for some users, while in other cases force pedestrians to use the road.
fines should be swift & should go to each borough. @IslingtonBC
dear @limebike , WTF? if the app supports QR code scanning to notify of illegally/improperly parked bikes why on earth is your CX team asking (3 hours later) for the QR codes?
obviously the bikes are no longer there. this is freaking LDN.
@IslingtonBC, please consider this.
in other words, how is the claim of improper/illegal parking used to:
1) refund the commons (@IslingtonBC or otherwise)?
2) ensure it doesn't happen again, steer the user towards a proper way of parking/using common infrastructure?
do you have any info on this, @limebike ?
dear @limebike, thank you for making it easy to denounce `improper or illegal parking` via the Help option in the App.
questions:
- why am I getting e-mail asking for more info when I scanned the QR code, posted a picture already, and have location enabled?
...
- what happens once (if) you determine it was illegally parked (which you can do based on the picture, to be honest, not sure why you need a "local team")?
is there a penalty collected on behalf of the borough (@IslingtonBC for instance).
are you, @limebike, just fining the user?
it is my understanding that the picture would have metadata (so a time), and you can get the location from the bike itself, so that I shouldn't need to reply to an e-mail HOURS later so that "it can be reported to the local team" (bike won't be there anymore usually). @limebike
