@lilboops1971 @MsBehavior Only as long as they are not washed. Washing the bloom off the shell exposes the porous surface; then they need to go into the fridge. But yes- Fresh, unwashed farm eggs can last weeks on the counter.
@heatherAtaylor If you have some you just won’t use, make “sun dried tomatoes” for later use. So easy - cut in half and put skin side down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt if you like. Roast at 200 for 2-3 hours or until there is no juice left, and they’re still soft but leathery.
