@GanKanchi@Hari1_1 Try and make friends with people who are 5-7 years younger, you will get few more years to hang out with them, pub crawls, concerts, shisha sessions, etc… it adds spice to your life…
After the TCS incident, there would be increased scrutiny over Muslim candidates across the country. Recruiters would double-check the backgrounds of Muslim candidates, maybe sometimes even preferring Hindu candidates over Muslims, just to be on the safe side.
But who is to be blamed for this? The only people responsible for this oncoming prejudice against Muslims are the 7 Muslims arrested for sexual abuse, coercion and forced conversion of Hindus working in TCS.
The fact that so many Muslims were working at an IT firm and had the audacity to run a scandal, doing forced conversions, shows that there is no systemic oppression against Muslims in India.
The victims here are the Hindus. Projecting this incident as some sort of Muslim victimhood is treacherous and gaslighting of the highest order.
Yes, there is Islamophobia, but the reason behind Islamophobia are people like these 7 Muslims who were running this forced conversion scandal at TCS.

@KhushinderMohan@1shankarsharma@rab9604 Also if america is a platform, and Mr. Trump wants it to be profitable, it should charge tariff equally on all countries and not case to case according to whims and fancies of Mr. Trump.
Deep Dive: China’s Industrial Might and Domestic Policy
About 6 months ago, after an eye-opening dinner with two CEOs building an American supply chain for EV battery materials and rare earths, I posted on X:
“The difficulty in beating China won’t come down to tariffs but mercantilism. The Chinese have 1-2 ‘National Champions’ for critical parts of the global economy.”
With further research, I want to expand on what China’s industrial playbook has been.
If India does not hit back now, will set a precedent for all future US presidents (and all world leaders are watching.) This is DJT threat which applies to even something as basic as data localisation, which US has been lobbying against across admins and sees as "discriminatory".
Data localisation is something we have not yet properly notified, despite discussing forever and even finally converting the bill into an act.
If AI is so powerful (or whenever it will be), the US will anyway take back white collar outsourcing to India - tariffs or no tariffs. And there is NO remotely comparable talent pool at this cost and skill-set in the entire world.
Going after ITeS/GCCs means going after the profits of US MNCs and their share prices. We saw how Donald reacted to Apple manufacturing in India; despite all huffing and puffing he exempted that (along with services, and generic pharma for now.) This is because Apple needs the Indian market, and India does not give a free pass to sell here without any duties if you do not add value here.
Trump-led US is going ahead with 50% tariffs on India. Ukraine and Russia have not announced any summit so far. Trump is threatening more tariffs on anyone with digital taxes or regulations. Clearly an area of concern for him.
Now is the time for India to usher in digital taxes and strict data localisation wrt Foreign Big Tech. You cannot have extra-territorial laws applied and spying done on and in India. And economic opportunity of building our own software/net/AI product giants is huge.
I will repeat for the umpteenth time - you cannot reason with a bully. You have to hit back otherwise he will only bully more. Either we bend the knee (which is unacceptable), or gain some leverage. India’s strength in IT/GCC services is just that - a strength, not a liability. Let’s move ahead.
When you are bored just think about a few things that don't make sense ...like ;
🤔
1. If poison expires, is it more poisonous or is it no longer poisonous?
🤔
2. Which letter is silent in the word "Scent," the S or the C?
🤔
3. Do twins ever realise that one of them is unplanned?
🤔
4. Why is the letter W, in English, called double U? Shouldn't it be called double V?
🤔
5. Maybe oxygen is slowly killing you and It just takes 75-100 years to fully work.
🤔
6. Every time you clean something, you just make something else dirty.
🤔
7. The word "swims" upside-down is still "swims"
🤔
8. 100 years ago everyone owned a horse and only the rich had cars. Today everyone has cars and only the rich own horses.
🤔
9. If you replace "W" with "T" in "What, Where and When", you get the answer to each of them.
🤔
Four great confusions still unresolved 😄😂
1. At a movie theatre, which arm rest is yours?
2. If people evolve from monkeys, why are monkeys still around?
3. Why is there a 'D' in fridge,
but not in refrigerator?
4. Who knew what time it was when the first clock was made?
We can never find the answers, can we?
So just enjoy the pun and fun of the English language!!
and the Pun and Fun of life likewise!
sometimes it is best to let go and let it be... just love, respect and appreciate !
Thanks to the person who compiled this.
Very Interesting.

The 'White Topping' of NH 48 between the Gujarat Border and Mumbai by @NHAI_Official has completely ruined this once beautiful highway.
There's no leveling at all; it's a spine-injuring experience, especially southbound.
More than ₹500 crores of taxpayers' money was given by NHAI to a contractor for this.
You have made life hell for people coming to the financial capital of India, @NHAI_Official.
