tokenforge

Europe's institutional gateway for real-world assets, trusted by financial institutions and regulated issuers.

[tokenforge @tokenforge]

One of the most manual processes in structured finance now runs in a day.

Together with @PwC , @eos_solutions , @StellarOrg and @AllUnityStable , we have built an end-to-end infrastructure for automated securitization settlement. A monthly settlement cycle that takes 30 days or more today now completes in a single day.

The entire waterfall logic of a securitization runs directly in a smart contract. Investor allocations are calculated automatically and settled almost in real time in a regulated euro stablecoin, fully auditable and compliant with the EU Securitization Regulation.

Within the project, tokenforge served as the technical implementation partner, responsible for the smart contract logic and the underlying platform components. PwC led the concept and regulatory design, EOS contributed the process expertise from receivables management, AllUnity issued the regulated e-money, and the infrastructure is built on Stellar.

This is among the first productive applications worldwide to combine the waterfall logic of securitizations with blockchain-based settlement and regulated e-money in one end-to-end process.

Tokenization shouldn't start with a migration project.

TokenSuite connects into the systems an issuer already runs, from payment rails to CRM, ERP and email.

One integration layer. Not a replacement. That's TokenSuite.

[tokenforge @tokenforge]

Infrastructure shouldn't impose its own shape on an issuance.

TokenSuite assembles around the requirements instead, with modules that fit the deal, compliance present rather than added, and no tie to a single chain.

Modular. Compliant by default. Chain-agnostic.

@Shufti_Global We’ve been doing tokenization in a regulated environment since 2021, no worries. 🤝

[tokenforge @tokenforge]

Every issuance has different requirements. TokenSuite is modular, so issuers activate exactly the components their issuance needs:

- Regulated distribution: connect licensed distribution partners, or sell directly where permitted
- KYC/AML: integrate the identity provider that fits the investor base and jurisdiction
- Custody: self-custody wallets or regulated custodians, depending on who invests
- Payment methods: card, SEPA, PayPal or regulated euro e-money
- Integrations: CRM, ERP and reporting connected via API to existing systems
- Lifecycle: interest payments, distributions and investor reporting after launch
- Affiliate: onboard distribution partners and track referrals

And many more, configured per issuance, with compliance built into every module.

[tokenforge @tokenforge]

@StellarOrg @chainlink Data Feeds make tokenized equities on Stellar far more usable. Strong step for builders in the ecosystem. 🤝

You’re not late to tokenization. You’re just early enough to matter.

[tokenforge @tokenforge]

What does it actually take to tokenize an issuance? Not in theory, but in practice, with real issuers, real requirements and real regulatory questions.

We have been working on exactly that since 2021: 50+ projects across five European countries, including the first eWpG-compliant securities issuance in Germany.

At the 7th Berliner Fintech Gespräche at @OsborneClarke, our Co-Founder and CPO @markuskluge joins the panel "Technologie im Praxistest" to discuss what digital issuances look like in practice and which questions companies should answer before they start.
