@TicketmasterCS I can't log in to my account to access tickets for a show on Sunday. Your website says I need to update my password, and that a reset code will be emailed to me. The email then takes 30 minutes to come through, meaning the code has expired when I enter it. Help!

What on earth is going on with the Cutty Sark DLR escalators @SadiqKhan @SebDance @TfL ? 3 out of 4 were working recently but now back down to 2, hoarding up again... can this be resolved more urgently? It's literally taking years to fix an escalator 🤯 @cobm123 @mtpennycook

It's particularly poor from an access point of view. The lift isn't fit for purpose during the works, with extremely long waits. Signs suggest to use Greenwich DLR instead, an entirely different station not in the town centre. These temporary works have become a permanent fixture

@HyperopticCS We've had an unexpected loss of service at Greenwich Creekside today, for 3+ hours now. Do you have any info about when service will be restored? Some other residents in the development were given notice of an outage due to maintenance work, but we recieved nothing.
